I-Construction Partners has been engaged in construction of civil and industrial facilities in Kazakhstan since 2006 (construction license of category 1, see attachment 1). The total area of objects commissioned is more than 150,000 square meters, more than 250 km concrete and asphalt roads.
There is an experience in the construction of tunnels, bridges and dams. The main direction of the company is monolithic works (the total volume of produced concrete is more than 500,000 cubic meters). The average turnover of the company per year is from 5 to 7 million dollars.
The mission of the company is to develop a construction business based on social and environmental responsibility, meeting the expectations of our customers, implementing high-quality projects in the shortest possible time. Therefore, the two non-commercial objects is the Paralympic complex in Nur-Sultan (for the National Paralympic Committee).
In the company’s assets, the Liebherr concrete factory with a capacity of 250 cubic hours, mixer, concrete spreaders, excavators and other road construction equipment (about 100 units).

BIM technology
Building Information Modeling is a data oriented and intelligent digital representation of a facility; from which various object information can be extracted and analyzed according to the user’s needs. Throughout the life-cycle of the project, information is generated and used to base all sort of decision making; thus improving the process of delivering the facility.
ICP’s BIM department are comprised of engineers and IT professionals with extensive experience in supporting projects varying in size and complexity. The projects spectrum span from roads, infrastructures, high quality buildings, etc. This entity offers complete solutions from requirement analysis, budgeting, selection of technologies, implementation, follow-up and training.
It is envisioned that the BIM based/Project Controls solution, is capable of capturing, managing and delivering most of the information, components and processes related to a facility during its full life-cycle. This is an ultimate goal for all industry partners.

In the sports complex with an area of 4,149 square meters. m there is a gym, games room, martial arts room, medical unit, locker rooms and a small number of rooms.
Southwest bypass of Nur-Sultan
The last part of the Big Ring — the 34-kilometer Southwest bypass of Nur-Sultan was built for two years and has three bridges and four interchanges.
